Following the success of DARLEY REMEMBERED, Darley Heritage Group is starting up its coffee mornings again, with the aim of working on future projects, as well as enjoying some interesting and amusing discussions.

We have some unused pictures, and I hope will collect more.  We just need suggestions as to what the next book or other project could be – and an active group.  Suggestions so far have included books on Darley School, Darley sports teams, and Darley from 1960, or a DVD of the photos.  You may well have other suggestions.

The coffee mornings  will normally be held on the FIRST THURSDAY of each month 10.30a.m. – 12.30p.m.

Anyone who is interested in old Darley would be very welcome.  There is no rule that says you must be of a certain age or have lived in Darley for a minimum length of time!    I hope to see you on 6th May – or let me know (on 780970) if you cannot attend on that day but are interested in being part of the group.
