Financial Update
- AH circulated accounts for 2009/10. (since updated via e-mail)
- Surplus at present was around £1000, but some payments for equipment were still outstanding.
- A profit had been made on all 3 events run by FoD, with most of the money shared by the various organisations, but a small sum kept to purchase further cutlery and crockery for event use. Catering for the car rally had also provided funds for this purpose, together with awning erection.
- Cutlery, crockery, salad bowls and platters had been purchased. It was hoped that Darley Memorial Hall would agree to assist financially with these purchases. An inventory of the items would be kept and they would be stored securely at the Memorial Hall, being available free of charge to local organisations, and for a fee to external bookings.
- It was agreed that where possible a sum should be retained by FoD after each event, and used to purchase further essential equipment.
