E-mail Policy
A policy covering e-mail use between Councillors to ensure that matters can be dealt with speedily and appropriately. It was adopted by the Council in September 2008
Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act gives all members of the public the right to see information pertaining to how the Council operates. The Publication Scheme outlines the various relevant documents and explains where and how they can be viewed. It was adopted by the Council in January 2009.
Risk Assessment Strategy
This document lists the various risks faced by the parish Council and outlines how that risk is covered. It was adopted by the Council in February 2009.
Complaints Procedure
This procedure explains how you should pursue any complaint against the Parish Council. It was adopted by the Council in February 2009.
Financial Regulations
Covering all financial dealings of the Council. It was adopted by the Council in March 2009.
Standing Orders
Covering procedural matters to do with Council meetings and how it discharges its duty. It was adopted by the Council in March 2009.
Code of Conduct
The standard Code of Conduct which applies to all Councillors. All Councillors declare that they will adhere to this code when they are elected. This latest version was adopted by the Council in March 2009.
